The aircon mostly not working especially hot days, can’t sleep well

Hotel and staff: The interior of rooms look quite old, and the AC doesn't get very cold. The shower and fridge in the first room were broken, got moved to another room where that shower and fridge were also broken. The manager told me that I had to call before arriving at the hotel in a rude manner, when it wasn't stated on the app and nor did they contact me before hand to inform me. We also left some photos and I contacted them on Instagram last week and they read the message and did not bother to respond. The pool also requires a fee which was a bit inconvenient but not a big problem. The spa was amazing and a new experience. Breakfast also had a bit of variety, especially when it came to cheese.
Location: Honestly, we thought we would regret the location, but when you use maps and use the bus and metro services it is easy to get to touristy places and the prices in the area are really reasonable compared to the tourist areas.
If it wasn't for the managers attitude when I checked in and the lack of reply of the photo. I would have recommended this hotel to others

清潔度很一般 房間沒有Wi-Fi信號 4g信號也很差 幾個前臺幾乎完全不會英文 不如中國小學生 連英語數字都不會講。早餐還不錯 奶酪種類很多 而且口味不算重 大概一半多的奶酪是我能接受的

伊斯坦堡亞洲區性價比很高的酒店，設施有一點舊，房間很寬敞，帶停車場，早餐不錯，離新機場開車一個小時

The hotel looks old. In and out. No gym as its mentioned. I was in 10th floor. The night club was above so I ll sleep well after 2...!
